How much will the work cost?

 

All jobs are assessed and priced indivually.  However as a rough guidline for labour only:-

 

Average hourly rates for smaller jobs are £50 for the first hour and £45 for each hour thereafter. 

More economical daily rates for larger jobs average £200 to £250 per day.

 

Bathroom quotations only given on free estimate after viewing as designs and requirements vary extensively from project to project.

 

Additional work requested after estimate price is given may be subject to further costs.

 

How long will the work take?

 

The length of time will vary accordingly to the job, but I will always give you a timescale and subject to any unforeseen circumstances I will endeavour to complete the work with all due speed.

 

What locations do I cover?

 

South East London and Kent, although other areas also considered (ie. Essex, Surrey, etc)

 

Will I be without a WC/bath while the work is being undertaken?

 

Every attempt will be made to cause the least inconvenience, and I have never left a customer without at least one working WC at their property.

 

Will I need to take time off work?

 

That is entirely up to you, I am happy for you to be present whilst the work is being completed or you can have a friend or relative present.  Many of my customers however are happy to provide me with a spare key allowing me to undertake the work whilst they are away from the property which I am equally happy to do.

 

Will you be working on more than one job at a time?

 

No.

 

Will I get a guarantee?

 

All work is carried out with a 12 month guarantee for your peace of mind.  Materials are covered by manufacturers’ guarantees.

 

Additionally, for your protection, I have £2m Public Liability Insurance.

 

Are you a qualified plumber?

 

Yes.  I am a fully qualified Advanced Level City & Guilds Plumber (sight of certificate available on request).  With many years of experience and many satisfied customers.
